Empowering Deaf Voices in East Tennessee Since 1977
Knoxville Center of the Deaf (KCD) is a non-profit organization established in December 1977 with a drive to provide communication access for all Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled individuals across 12 counties in Eastern Tennessee.​
(counties include Knox, Blount, Sevier, Anderson, Loudon, Monroe,
Pickett, Fentress, Scott, Campbell, Morgan, and Roane)
