Terry

Terry Osborne is currently the Director of Community Services for KCD. He is entering his 3rd year at KCD after serving as an assistant director in the Center on Deafness at the University of Tennessee for 12 years. Terry also served on the KCD Board for several years prior to his appointment at KCD. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Glassboro State in NJ and a M.S degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Tennessee. Terry enjoys golf, reading, movies and traveling with his family.
