Scheduling
We provide interpreting services during regular business hours and for evening appointments/events by appointment. We do our best to accommodate same day and next day appointments, but we can book appointments up to one year in advance, so please call us as soon as you know when you will need our services.

To request an interpreter during our business hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM), please call us at (865) 579-0832. You can also use our online scheduling system to request an interpreter by clicking HERE to be redirected to our eRSP scheduling website. If you do not have your eRSP User Name and Password, or if you have not worked with KCD before, please call our office or email Craig Lemak at clemak@kcdtn.org.

After-Hours Emergencies
KCD offers after-hours (5:00PM-8:00AM and weekends) interpreting coverage for emergencies with our EmerCorps program. When emergencies happen and an interpreter is needed in the middle of the night, the EmerCorps program allows a coordinator to send an available interpreter to the assignment to provide effective and efficient communication.

To request an interpreter for an after-hours emergency, please call (865) 579-0832. You will need to leave a message and our after hours coordinator will call you back quickly.
