EmerCorps

EmerCorps was developed as an after business hours program for providing interpreters. Sometimes emergencies happen and interpreters are needed in the middle of the night. This program allows for a coordinator to sign up interpreters who want to be on-call for the night. If an emergency occurs then that interpreter gets sent to interpret. This program has benefitted the deaf community by allowing 24 hour access to interpreting services. For interpreters who wish to become a part of this please email Becky Brown.
