Request an Interpreter
KCD now has an online scheduling system, eRSP. You can make a request for an interpreter online to KCD and your request will be handled at a timely manner and KCD will confirm with you. If you wish to make a request online now, go to eRSP and log-in with your user name and password. If you have not been given your user name and password please call our office at (865) 579-0832 and ask for Craig Lemak or email him at clemak@kcdtn.org.
Business Community
If you need to request an interpreter or find out the correct way to use sign language you can visit our business community section. There is a guide on how to correctly talk to a deaf person. It explains step by step the correct process. It explains how to speak in a group setting with deaf people as well.
